Note for Service Clients:
If you provide services to your own end-users using Interdata Solutions infrastructure, you are responsible for ensuring those end-users comply with this AUP. Any violations by your end-users will be treated as violations by you.
General Acceptable Use Requirements
All users must ensure their activities comply with:
- Applicable laws and regulations, including Australian privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection legislation

- Industry best practices for system security, data protection, and technology usage
- Responsible and reasonable usage standards that do not disrupt service performance, security, or availability for other clients
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any behaviour that is unlawful, unethical, harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the proper operation of our services.
Security Violations
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security measures
- Introduce or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, Trojans, worms, or malicious scripts
- Perform unauthorised access attempts, penetration testing, network probing, or vulnerability scanning
- Breach, override, or attempt to circumvent system or data protection controls
Service Misuse
You must not:
- Use our services in ways that degrade, overload, or negatively impact infrastructure or other clients
- Host, store, transmit, or distribute harmful, fraudulent, offensive, or illegal content
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or fraudulent communications
- Resell, redistribute, or repurpose our services without written authorisation
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems without explicit permission
Unlawful or Harmful Conduct
You must not:
- Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Conduct deceptive, misleading, or malicious actions
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm individuals or organisations
- Violate privacy rights or misuse personal data
Intellectual Property Violations
You must not:

You must not:

- Report issues promptly – Notify Interdata Solutions immediately of suspicious activity, breaches, or unauthorised access
- Cooperate with security controls – Follow required protocols and permit necessary monitoring
- Keep systems updated – Apply security patches and software updates within reasonable timeframes
Client Responsibilities for Third-Party Access
If you grant access to Interdata Solutions services to third parties (including employees, contractors, partners, or sub-clients):
- You remain responsible for all activity performed under your account
- You must ensure those parties comply with this AUP
- You must promptly revoke access when no longer required
- You must notify Interdata Solutions immediately if any unauthorised access occurs
Proactive Maintenance and Operational Requirements
Interdata Solutions may perform proactive maintenance, updates, security patches, and new system deployments as needed to ensure:
- Service reliability
- Security compliance
- Infrastructure performance and stability
These activities may require:
- Temporary service interruptions (advance notice provided when possible)
- Credential resets or access changes
- System or configuration adjustments
Users must not interfere with maintenance processes and must cooperate with required operational tasks.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Our Rights
Interdata Solutions reserves the right to:
- Monitor system and network usage where permitted by law
- Investigate suspected violations, abuse, or security incidents
- Suspend or restrict services without notice during investigations
- Terminate services for serious or repeated violations
- Report unlawful behaviour to authorities
- Deploy technical controls to prevent or mitigate abuse
Consequences of Violations
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notices requiring corrective action (typically 24–48 hours to respond, depending on severity)
- Temporary suspension of services until issues are resolved
- Termination of services without refund
- Legal action, where appropriate
- Financial liability for damages, losses, or associated costs
Penalties depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, report them immediately:
We will acknowledge receipt of violation reports within 2 business days and investigate promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Interdata Solutions:
- Provides information and services on an "as-is" basis
- Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of services or website content
- Is not liable for losses caused by misuse, negligence, or user actions
- Is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
